At The Reserve Clothing Company, each product is created with care and intention, and due to our limited production and supply, all orders require 7–10 business days for processing before shipment. Shipping timelines then depend on the carrier, and delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control are not our responsibility. Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information, and if a package is returned or undeliverable due to an incorrect address, additional postage fees may apply for reshipment. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to this policy — quality goods take time, and the drop will be worth the wait.
